What it costs

Mowing prices by lawn size

Every quote is fixed before we start. Edging along paths and beds, and blowdown of clippings, are always included — never charged as extras.

$50–$70

Small lawns

Compact courtyard or small suburban block — typical of townhouses and units across the inner-north. Mowing, edging and blowdown included.

$70–$90

Standard lawns

An average house block, front and back. Edges trimmed, paths blown clean. Our most common job across Pascoe Vale South and surrounds.

Quote

Large or overgrown

Large properties, or lawns that haven't been cut in a while, are quoted individually. We assess and give you a fair, honest price before we start.

How pricing works

What affects the price

📐

Lawn size

The biggest single factor. A larger lawn takes more time to mow and edge, so it sits higher in the range. We price on the actual area we maintain.

🔁

Frequency

Regular fortnightly or weekly clients pay less per visit than one-offs — the grass never gets out of control, so each cut is quick and clean.

🌿

Condition

Badly overgrown lawns need extra passes and sometimes green waste removal, so a first cut on a neglected lawn is priced higher than upkeep.

Regular vs one-off

Why regular mowing costs less

A lawn kept on a schedule never gets away from you. Each visit is fast, the cut stays light, and the price stays at the lower end of the range. A one-off mow on an overgrown lawn is more work — and priced accordingly.

01.

Regular schedule

Weekly or fortnightly. Lower per-visit price, priority scheduling, and a lawn that always looks maintained. Our most popular and best-value option. See our lawn mowing service for what's included.

02.

One-off mow

A single visit for an overgrown lawn, an end-of-lease tidy, or an emergency cut. Priced higher because of the extra work — but no commitment. See end of lease mowing.

All prices in AUD. We keep costs low because we're genuinely local — no franchise fees, short travel, no head-office overhead. You pay for the mow, not the marketing.
